Nicholuas Sommer, known professionally as "nsomtog," is a dynamic visual architect who has made a significant impact on the modern music video landscape. As the Visual Effects (VFX) Director for the influential Los Angeles production company Happy I'm Sad, he has been a key creative force behind the visuals for some of hip-hop's most prominent artists, including Toosii, NLE Choppa, Tee Grizzley, Bobby Shmurda, and Quavo. His work at the studio, which has partnered with industry giant Riveting Entertainment, has been crucial in shaping the aesthetic of a new generation of music. In addition to his VFX work, Sommer is an accomplished photographer, creating impactful images for artists like NLE Choppa and Dee Gatti that have been featured in major publications. Driven by a deep expertise in the digital media space, Sommer has now founded Core Form, a forward-thinking venture into the frontier of 3D spatial scanning technology. Centered on powerful platforms like Matterport, Core Form specializes in creating immersive "digital twins" of physical environments. The company provides highly accurate 3D models and data for industries such as real estate, architecture, and construction, transforming how physical spaces are documented, managed, and visualized. From shaping the visual culture of modern music to architecting the next generation of virtual experiences, Nicholuas Sommer's career is a narrative of continuous artistic and technological evolution. His work consistently pushes the boundaries of visual storytelling, bridging the gap between creative vision and cutting-edge technology.
Deb Sommer
Co-Owner / Customer Relations - Marketing
After 20+ years buzzing through the software tech world—from programming languages to smartphones—Deb took a detour that led to her biggest aha moment. When she couldn't physically visit event sites and properties but still needed to capture their essence and ambiance, 3D and VR technology became her game-changer. That's when she knew immersive experiences weren't just cool tech—they were essential tools for real work. True to her name (Deb literally means "bee"), she's been industrious since birth, but her real superpower lies in aligning business goals with authentic storytelling. She brings the precision of a seasoned MarCom strategist who helped pivot enterprise products to consumer markets, combined with the community-first mindset of someone who believes in hive minds over hype. At Coreform, Deb ensures every client gets the bespoke, family-business experience that big automated competitors simply can't deliver. When she's not orchestrating intentional buzzing around the office, you'll find her 4-wheeling through the woods in an old Ford Bronco with her family and dogs, or working to help local communities thrive. Fair warning: People are always surprised when she tells them her age. The energy and enthusiasm are real—and so is the expertise.
